all around pretty good place to live

I have been here 25 years. this town had no stop lights when we first moved here. now there's 6. meaning the population is booming. positives are that you have rural living without being to far from what you need. plus Sacramento is about 30 miles away. tahoe is 70 miles. And the weather is very good. we get a few days of fog. long dry summers. Low humidity. cost of living is high, as is everywhere in california. Polution is bad in summer. Good place to raise kids. lots of employment opporunities.
